Frequently Asked Questions

Find clear answers about how the platform works and what its verification labels mean.

Does a Verified status guarantee a supplier or product?

No. It means current identity, website, documentation, feedback, and report signals were reviewed. It does not guarantee legality, quality, delivery, refunds, medical suitability, or future conduct.

How are trust scores calculated?

Scores organize signals such as identity consistency, domain and contact history, visible documentation, support responsiveness, moderated reviews, and unresolved reports. The Trust Guide explains the weighting in more detail.

Can suppliers reply to reviews?

A verified supplier representative can reply from the supplier dashboard. Replies are labeled and may be moderated.

Are scam reports automatically treated as proven?

No. Reports are allegations submitted by users. They remain pending or reviewing until moderation, and their status is clearly displayed.

Why do I need an account to submit a review or report?

Accounts help reduce spam, support follow-up questions, and make moderation more accountable. Public browsing and supplier checks do not require an account.

Does Peptide Guard Dog sell peptides?

No. The platform provides supplier due-diligence information, moderated user content, and educational research summaries.

Is the peptide library medical advice?

No. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a supplier, or provide personalized dosing or treatment instructions.

How do I request a correction to a supplier profile?

Use the Contact page or register a supplier representative account. Include the exact domain and supporting information.
